Eggless and Dairy-free Delicious Banana Bread

This is the most delicious banana bread that I have had and I totally discovered it, after trying several recipes and not finding one that I really loved. I guess that if you want something to be right, you gotta do it yourself! Haha!
This bread is spongy, moist, delicious and healthy. It truly is amazing and easy to make.
