Homeschooling Journal: January 2014 Part 4

This is what we did in our homeschool during the middle and towards the end of January 2014.

Soccer Season

K is doing so much better this year. Last year, he had just turned 3 when he started. He wasn't very interested, he didn't understand the game very well and he felt a bit out of sorts because he was the youngest one in the group (ages 3-5). This year, he is loving it so much and doing much better. He still hasn't scored any goals, but at least he is running in the right direction, haha!

Super Easy Personal Pizza Recipes

Greatest idea: I used the naan recipe (click here to see it) and placed them on pizza stones.
Then I added garlic, ghee, cheese, sliced tomatoes and red bell peppers, spinach, organic Italian seasoning and put them in the oven for 15 min at 450 (turned oven on when I put them in, so 15 min total). Voilá! Delicious homemade thin crust personal pizzas!
